"Great customer service, he was quick and efficient and educated me on how to do regular maintenance on my air conditioner to avoid needing another repair."

"High Customer Service skill. Low Technical skill."

"I called to get a third estimate on replacing my residential boiler. I was looking at replacing it because other contractors had advised that the cost of repairs was too high; repairing a 20 ye old boiler didn’t make economic sense. Gilles sent Justin over the next day, so very quick service. Justin gave me a ballpark price to replace it, which was more in line with what I thought was fair. He also gave me a very fair price to repair it — about a third of what the other contractors quoted. A good chunk money, but a much better option right now. Comparing what the three contractors told me, I’m confident that Justin had it all coveted. He then allowed me to video him, explaining what he did and what I should expect and look out for. He also sold me on their annual maintenance plan, which is a bargain because it includes evaporative cooler startup and shut down."

"Ben was fantastic. It's so hard to find someone this knowledgeable and willing to get right to the problem and fix it. We have a very old home that has a complex setup and that didn't worry Ben at all. He was able to rapidly diagnose issues, even beyond our original service call. His years of experience were obvious and we will certainly be using his services again!"

"My central air system was failing to turn on at the beginning of summer. my first estimate stated that I had needed a new furnace @ cost 💲 6500+ . Luckily I was able to find Matt on Angi’s list. He was available the following morning . His recommendations were back to basics - cleaning of the furnace and AC unit , and a few simple repairs to both the AC and furnace - $850 later my AC unit is back to functioning normally! Matt was very knowledgeable , honest and provided excellent communication on what his findings were so I knew exactly what the game plan was. I really appreciate his straight forward, honest approach and would highly recommend him to anyone ! Thank you Matt !!"

"This was annual maintenance- not repair. Service tech was so courteous and explained everything he was doing and why. He helped educate me on life expectancy for certain parts and what things could be done proactively and what things could be postponedâ ¦ There was no sense of him upselling me or rushing me or cutting corners to get to the next appt. I was left with future options to consider- but without pressure - And given an approximate price for those choicesâ ¦ The service tech was respectful towards my home and myselfâ ¦ I feel really good about having an ongoing relationship with ARS."

"Air conditioner wasn't working. Didn't come on. Our technician determined the problem was the thermostat and also determined that the service was covered under the warranty when I got out my service history and invoices for the central air and furnace. He was polite, knowledgeable, and a real professional."

"Great work finding and fixing the issue"
