Professional on every level from covering their shoes every time they went in and out, thorough problem investigation, courteous and great explanations throughout the process, reasonable and fair prices, solid install and equipment. "Scott was absolutely terrific. Fantastic communication before, during, and after. I knew exactly when he would come, he communicated with me while I was in the hardware store about what materials and supplies I was getting, and he communicated well on any needed follow-up. He corrected some tricky wiring and installation of two ceiling fans. He replaced old screens and built some new screens for many windows, replaced screen material and added pet-proof protective hardware cloth for screen doors, and he and his family laid a series of slate stepping stones and did a terrific job laying them flat on a sloped and curving surface. He worked on faucets and installed a driveway sign. There seems be nothing that Scott couldn’t do, fix, or diagnose. I was so pleased that I got to work with him and I look forward to working with him in the future."
