"This was my first annual maintenance on my new Lennox gas furnace. Alex showed up on time and went to work immediately while clearly explaining to me the maintenance he was doing on the furnace. He clearly and thoroughly answered any questions I had. He even took off his shoes when going up into the house to adjust the thermostat. He did a great job and I look forward to him maintaining my furnace and ac units in the future."

"I've used this company for a few years, beginning with an issue I had where I needed some emergency assistance with an a/c system leaking water into the house. They fixed the issue and it cost far less than I thought it would. I've also used them for a couple heating repairs, annual furnace cleaning and a/c maintenance. I am about to hire them again since the a/c system is dying and it will need replacement since it's more than 20 years old. I would highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort to anyone in need of a good HVAC/Heating company."

"Palmer Gas has been providing our homes with propane gas and services for over 25 years. The office and customer service staff is courteous and helpful. The installers and repair personnel show up on time and leave the area they are working on cleaner than it was when they started the work. The technicians and repair staff explain what they are doing in a very understandable way. That is important for this of us that are not mechanically oriented. I would recommend the company and staff for your propane needs."

"Spent a lot of time making sure everything was serviced appropriately."

"Many people complain about too expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for. Yes I could have picked cheaper but I researched the furnace they recommended, Amana, always in the top 5. When the installation was done I was surprised to find items not included with contract were repaired with no comment. Their service, maintenance and equipment are 5*"

"Recently had Kyle's cooling and heating out to replace my furnace and central Ac system. Could not have been happier with the process from getting a quote for replacement to scheduling to the install itself. Kyle was very informative on any questions I had and I will certainly be using this company to perform the yearly service on my new hvac system. Highly recommend!"

"Bill was willing to install a heat pump system that I purchased, even though his default was Bosch. His son and helper did the install over two days. It was getting late when they finished and the unit worked, although it whistled. I let Bill McGinley know but couldn't get them to come out to resolve the problem for over a week. Bill figured out that air was being sucked in between the top bottom front panels on the ACIQ central unit and did a workaround -- taping over it. The manufacturer ACIQ was no help in acknowledging that there was a problem with their product. I made a mistake paying on the basis of the quote rather then requiring an invoice. When I tried to apply for the NHSaves rebate, they wanted an invoice. Bill was not very responsive in sending me the invoice. He did when I told him NHSaves would be contacting him. But he was very accommodating in doing the work i wanted done instead of doing what he was used to doing."

"The repair technicians were professional, prompt, and effective. They quickly scoped out the problem, suggested the solution, and fixed my system. They seemed knowledgeable and did not pressure me for additional services. I was very happy with their service."
