"I?m incredibly grateful to 100% Plumbing Houston for coming out on a holiday to repair my water heater. Of course, it stopped working the morning of a family gathering, and I was sure I?d be stuck without hot water for days. But they answered my call right away and had a technician at my door within a few hours. He was professional, friendly, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Even though it was a holiday, he had the parts needed and got everything back up and running the same day. No hassle, no inflated prices?just honest, reliable service when I needed it most. Thanks to 100% Plumbing Houston, we had hot water again before guests arrived. I couldn?t be more impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. Highly recommend them for any emergency repairs?you can truly count on them when it matters!"

"Called at 8 am Saturday and on call plumber said he had a scheduled appointment but would be able to make the repair Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival he removed the insulation and found that the pipe had separated at the connector. JD Plumbing had repaired the pipe in January 2018 after the pipe froze and burst. The plumber, Sean, pointed out that the repair they made had separated but said since it was past the one year warranty he would need to call his manager to see what could be done on price. Sean made he call, sent a picture of the broken pipe and, after a second discussion, advised that the repair (normally $399) would be made at no charge even though we were past their warranty. This company is responsive, honest, and provides great customer service."

"Installed two new water heaters. Service was prompt, courteous, and the work was top-notch. Jon is the ultimate professional. Would highly recommend!"

"Luis initially came to fix a leak in the main bathroom. I had him look in the attic and he noticed that the vent on the hot water heater wasn’t correct. He spent all day fixing the plumbing and installing a new hot water heater, vent and roofing!8"

"PERFECT! Best & most reliable plumbers ever! I had built 2 add-ons and gutted a home to resale and the plumbers that I had hired were horrible. They did more damage than good. I had called 8 plumbers before I found the best one "Heaton Plumbing." Out of the other 7 plumbers - 2 stood me up, 2 came out and looked at the job and then never sent me an estimate or returned my calls, 1 was going to charge me by the hour because they were not sure how to fix everything (no good), and the other 2 priced the job so high it was obvious they did not want it. I was beside myself thinking that I was never going to get the items fixed and then I met Mike Heaton. He was on time, professional and he seemed like he knew what he was doing. When I received the quote I was pleasantly surprised (being that the other quotes were much more). He scheduled the job quickly and finished it quickly. He made it look so easy. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. Do not do what I did and hire the wrong plumbers - it cost me $1,000's and months of unnecessary stress. I will be using Heaton Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs."

Many Houston homeowners who call us are frustrated because they have called other Houston plumbing service companies and have gotten a run-around when it came to getting a price. "Emanuel was great professional. Very mindful of the house and his equipment. They installed a tankless water heater replacing my 2, 40 gal. tank water heaters in my attic. Pricing was reasonable, so I didn't feel taken advantage of. They did it in a very acceptable time. Explained and answered all my questions with no problems. Left every thing clean! I would definitely hire them again for my next plumbing job."

"Initially used for estimate to replace 2 water heaters. After 3 estimates I decided heaters didnâ t need to be replaced. Ram CT owner Ramiro Cerda agreed with my decision. Based on that I decided to hire him to replace 4 lavatory pop-ups and one bathtub drain. His bid was fair and he did an excellent job. He encountered issue with tub drain that required him to create a small door access for the repair. He carefully sawed thru a bedroom gypsum wall, finished repair of the drain, drove to Home Depot and purchased a door and came back and neatly installed the door. Other than ask for reimbursement for the door he honored his initial quote. We will be using Ram CT as our plumber in the future"

"The plumber did a excellent job installing the tankless gas water heater."
