"Paul installed tile in the backsplash area above my kitchen countertops as the final step in a kitchen remodel project. He did a wonderful job! His bid was more than fair. He completed the job on schedule, and we are well pleased with the results. Very professional and trustworthy. I would definitely use them as a contractor again. Craig S."

"Communication between owner and workman/foreman was poor. I felt like I had to inform the workman and find answers to questions via email on a regular basis. There was no walk through at the end or any contact from builder to make sure I was satisfied with the project completion. I had to contact them with the punch list. I did really like two of the vendors. . .the kitchen planner and the vendor that showed me faucets and garbage disposals. The electrician that was used was in a hurry when he came the first time to see what was needed. Not enough time to think through the logistics."

"Robert and his two assistants, Freddy and Adam, completed a number of projects for us: a complete bathroom remodel, new wooden floors in two rooms, painting, repairs of kitchen cabinets and the installation of a new countertop, and a new metal deck on our front porch. They took 18 days to finish the work, were as minimally disruptive as possible, given the inevitable dust and noise involved, and were respectful of our property, including plants and pets. Robert is multi-skilled and was willing to use unusual materials. He was also readily responsive to changes (additions) to the original contract. Generally they were pleasant to be around and the whole experience was a positive one. We are pleased with the quality of the work . There was a small problem with a leak under the bathroom sink and Robert came out on a Sunday morning to attend to it. It is refreshing to find a company like Rust General Contracting and we will definitely consider them for any future home improvement projects."
