"Chris replaced my hot water heater and works great"

"I live in Florida and my friend on Long Island, she called and said her water heater was out on her birthday and she didn’t have the money to get a new one. I told her I’d find someone and help her. Gus at Rizzo was the best, I explained the situation and that I was not going to be able to handle any hidden charges that he should give a fair estimate up front since my friend would not have any money to pay more. He did an excellent job for her, he was professional and honorable and she had hot water the same day. I was very happy and she was happy with the work. They updated her system and got it all working for a better price than she had been quoted when she looked!"

"David fixed my water heater !!!!!!!"

"Barbara was excellent. She found the leak and made the repairs and so far so good. Barbara explained our options clearly and she stuck with the job until it was done to both our satisfaction and she didn’t leave a mess. The leak from the toilet is gone and our new faucet is working perfectly. My daughter thought it was great that the lady plumber fixed everything. We would definitely use her services again. Thanks for your patience and your work Barbara."

"They were super helpful from the get-go - we had the issue with our water heater at 4PM and were frantically trying to stop the leaks and also figure out who to get to help, and they called us back the same day and worked with us to get an appointment the next morning. They came and removed the dead water heater, got the new water heater we wanted installed and working, kept in touch through all our follow up questions and checked in on us ar night. Can't recommend them enough."

"I had a great experience with Premier HVAC replacing my old and leaking water heater. I was impressed that they were able to respond quickly and start working on the same day as my call, especially given the severely cold weather and other plumbers being busy replacing freezing pipes. The plumber was able to work with my very tight kitchen space and narrow hallways, and without having to remove the countertop in my kitchen. I am satisfied with the installation and would definitely consider Premier HVAC for future plumbing needs."

"Chris and his co-worker were very good. My hot water heater was in a very tight space. With that being said they did a nice job on the sodering. Chris replaced a valve he didn’t like. They did a great job cleaning up. Once installed and powered up they waited outside for 30 minutes to make sure the water got hot."

"I am very happy that I hired Patience HVAC to replace my hot water heater. I have an oil burner and oil hot water heater. The 18 year old heater was making crackling noises and I was advised by the oil company to replace it. I wanted to convert to a gas hot water heater and tried going through Lowes. However, they only do swap outs if the existing heater is already set up for gas. So I contacted several companies for a quote. Out of all of them, Anthony was the most professional, down to earth and reasonably priced. First, he suggested to explore correcting the issue on the old heater and save me money which was impressive. I decided to proceed with a new gas heater. The quote he gave me was $800 less than the next lowest quote. Anthony sent his workers Caesar and Matt the next day which I greatly appreciated. They were both very polite and wore covers on their shoes so to avoid dirtying my house more than necessary. Anthony came later in the day to ensure everything was done correctly. He then offered to call him with any questions even if they were not pertinent to the work they performed. I am extremely impressed with patience HVAC honesty, professionalism and reasonable prices. I will be sure to recommend them to friends and family. When I am ready to install a ductless air conditioner, I will definitely contact Patience HVAC."

"Tom was terrific....repaired boiler....cost reasonable.....explained everything so clearly so that even this 88year old understood it....experience with company from start to finish was a pleasure"

"These guys are fabulous! They arrived on time, took the time to troubleshoot the problem, worked professionally, courteously and neatly! Kept me informed throughout the entire process and quickly got me a new water heater installed in less than 3 hours at half the price, half the time and zero problems my friend had 2 months ago! I will sing their praises and will refer them forever! They left me 100% satisfied with their clean up and efficiency! Do not hesitate to use them, they are wonderful!!!"
