"A courteous individual answered the phone to hear what was wrong.  The scheduler promptly called, who was also courteous.  The technicians called when they were in the area and arrived within minutes of that call.  The price provided was so reasonable, I decided to take precautionary actions to prevent the same thing from happening with 2 other toilets in the house.  Technician identified a protruding outdoor pipe that could lead to problems in the winter and suggested  corrective actions.  They accepted many forms of payment, which made it very convenient.  The technician was very professional and courteous.
