"Its an lady's company. She came out and got the estimate, and the next day or so the man came out to install it. I was worry about the rod, because it was an older garage, and we couldn't find any remote controls. He gave us remote controls, and said it would line up. He was good with what he did. He updated what needed to be done. She did good on every question. She was there a little bit early. Maybe not too early. It wasn't she was waiting for thirty minutes, but she was there a couple of minutes. She was waiting for me to put my dog's up. She was very professional. She didn't act like a male at all.
