The gentleman’s name was Malik from JPN that replaced my water heater located in the attic which we all know is miserably hot!!! I did not hear one complaint or even a sigh of having to work in an attic in this Texas heat but rather he did the job with a smile on his face and had an incredible attitude the whole time. He was professional and had great work ethic and knowledge in the business. I would highly recommend Jim’s Plumbing Now to anyone and will be happily returning as a customer in the future. "This review will sound like I was paid to write it, and I was not. Promise! I am just that impressed. I am completely blown away! In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks. As a family who is very worried about germs, they sure did make sure to make us feel comfortable and safe. They even went above and beyond to state they were not sick or experiencing any sickness symptoms. Like REALLY, that was amazing. Nick and Nathan made sure to answer all of my questions, and make sure everything was up and working. They even offered to ziptie my washer drain thing, and take out the towels to the trash that were wet. I did not let them but they offered. Where do you get this customer service? I surely have never had someone let alone a company have this amazing customer service. CR Plumbing, you guys have won my business and will be the only ones we will ever use! You guys are amazing, and I am so grateful I bumped into your company on google. You will forever be our favorite and go to. "Foundation Support Specialists were well represented by the crew, led by foreman Cornell, that installed 11 foundation piers at our home in September 2024. The team of 4, including co-foreman Lee and installers Zero and Angel, carried out well-coordinated duties that culminated in job completion on a Sunday. After reviewing with me (homeowner) the work performed, it was very apparent that they had exercised great care in leaving landscaping within and adjacent to the needed excavations as close to how they found it."

"The guys arrived on time & worked solidly till the work was done. They layed down floor covers case it was wet & nasty outside..I appreciate that. Rafael was the lead installer & he seemed to really know his business. The helper was very quiet & informative when asked a question. All my questions were answered & work done in a timely manner. I had hot water in 1 hr after they had left. Rafael explained everything about the new water heater to me & was very patient. I have no complaints whatsoever with the installation. I do believe the cost of the heater was very high, but that inflation I guess. That’s my only complaint. Nothing to do with the installers. I do look forward to hopefully 15 yrs at least from this heater."

"In late Sept 2021, I contacted this company to check my sewer lines because it would not pass a hydrostatic test. In the process of checking the lines, the representative from Tioga discovered that the "new" plumbing under my house had been installed incorrectly and was causing backflow into my house. The "new" plumbing was installed in 2019. With the information given to me by the HONEST PLUMBER and COMPETENT PLUMBER sent by Tioga, I would not have been able to have these issues corrected by the first company. Although I didn't hire them this time, I will definitely call them when I build my new home."
