"I would have given an A due to the quick response and the work performed. All were very good - on time and very professional. The outcome was a report from an engineer - we were told the report will be very detailed (the inspection part was very detailed), but the synopsis and recommendations were very very basic with hardly any value at all. As a home owner, I am aware and know the basic information shared. The price paid was not worth the money at all."

"I am very satisfied with the services provided by Alaska Engineering. Engineer came the same day I requested services, evaluated the state of rafters supporting the roof in my attic and provided me written report what are the problems and how to solve them. All for reasonable price."

"I would highly recommend Fundamental Engineering, LLC. James Norris, P.E. was thorough, the report detailed and his advice actionable. Hiring this company saved me thousands of dollars of unnecessary foundation repairs. If you are concerned about your foundation, Fundamental Engineering should be your first call."

"He was very professional and insightful about the foundation and the slight slope I did not notice until he pointed it out will use him again."

"Felt everything went well. Showed and told me about all cracks in the foundation and brickwork. They have a registered engineer on staff which is quite helpful."

"We had an outstanding experience with Stone Creek Engineering. Russell was a true professional and very thorough. He was careful to explain everything he was observing in language a non-engineer could understand. He provided ideas to address areas of concern and how to evaluate quality work. He took his time and exuded confidence in what he was doing. While all the news he had to impart was not good, he left us with a game plan for what to do and offered to make himself available to answer questions as we execute our plan in the future. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing structural engineering expertise. <br />"

"DANTE'S NAME WAS GIVEN TO ME BY A NEIGHBOR AND HE CAME OUT AND GAVE ENGINEERING ADVISE ON THE HOUSE. HE EXPLAINED ALL THE WORK I WOULD HAVE TO DO ON THE HOUSE AS WELL AS HOW DIFFICULT IT WOULD BE TO ADD ON TO THE HOUSE. HE DID A FEW CALCULATIONS FOR ME ON BEAMS WHILE ON THE SITE."

"The project consisted of a 750ft^2 addition which includes two new bedrooms and two new bathrooms. The project was designed by an architect to flow seamlessly with the current house. Scott was quick to come out and quote the project and he covered all my concerns during the bidding process. I have completed other projects of this scope in the past and scheduling and communication always caused the project not to go as planned. Scott performed a "10" in these areas. I always knew what was going on in the project and was going to happen next. Sub-contractors cannot always be controlled as far as schedule but I would have to say that his sub's were as close to perfect as could be expected. <br /> The project had some difficulty and Scott's experience level is why I chose him to build our addition. There is a large drop off of around 20 feet that had to be supported by a pier and beam structure and Scott's framers worked hard to build a sub-structure that was almost as stable as a slab. The interior work and AC add was flawless. <br /> In closing, if you are looking for a fair price by a trustworthy contractor who communicates and strives to be on schedule and produce a great product you have found your guy and don't bother looking further."
