"As usual, Alan showed up as scheduled and did a thorough walk-around to detail the work that needed to be done. Candi had the contract done the next morning and the carpenters showed up two days later as promised. Bucky and Max worked a full day and did a great job. They not only fixed the superficial rotted wood, but went down to the support structure and made repairs. They used good quality materials and were very happy to explain to me how they were making the repairs. The porches are on a Victorian Style house and they were able to make the repairs while maintaining the decorative style. Bucky's skill and workmanship really came through on the work done on the front porch. Max really did a great job replacing the shakes and fascia boards on the back porch. He also did a nice job replacing the outside door to the basement. This was a professional and quality job through and through."

His crew also reattached our downspout, and installed a front door and storm door.  He kept us well informed about the start date and the progress of the job.  He also worked with our village Building Inspector to ensure the timely completion of the CO.
