"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Brandon and Ralph showed up exactly on time and called 30 minutes before arriving. When they got here they changed shoes before coming in the house, laid out sheets to drag hoses over (so as to not mess up my carpet), explained in full detail what service would be performed, discussed price and fielded all questions I had. The ducts were absolutely filthy. We pulled out many many pounds of lint, hair, dander, probably some mouse turds, etc. after the cleaning they went thru and sanitized the entire system. My house smells like a hospital or clinic (because they sanitize using the same stuff as hospitals). These guys are the real deal. Honest, very professional, punctual, better than fair pricing, no hassle, hard working, and very nice. I'm going to try to set them up with my real estate and general contractor buddies to get him more business. Don't waste you money on monster vac"
