He took our ideas and built upon them and always checked with us during installation to see if it was to our satisfaction. Second phase will start when weather cooperates on running sprinkler system to front, a little grass with xeriscape plus certain shade of rock, mulch, evergreen, shrubs and flowers for front yard. This is not an easy concept to undertake and Sean is very much up for the challenge."
