They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "The details and craftsmanship of the entertainment center are "A Piece of Art!".  You can tell that the craftsmen who built the unit were meticulous in cutting, assembly, and staining of all pieces.  We were presented samples of stained wood to ensure the stain we choose would blend well with our wood floors, draperies, paint, and existing furniture/cabinets.  The team did an outstanding job ensuring all grain ran in the correct direction during staining and assembly.
Custom metal door inserts were designed and beautifully powder coated. The metal inserts enhanced the doors and brought out the color of the wood.
The installation team was extremely professional and thorough.  As most  of the houses in Florida are build with many imperfections, this team took all of the necessary steps to work around the imperfections to ensure the entertainment center appears to be a complete integration of the wall.  They prepped all of the cabinets to allow for cable runs for the AV equipment. Upon completion of the install, the team thoroughly cleaned all areas inside and out.
My wife and friends are amazed at the beauty of the completed project.  It truly is "ART WORK" and we will enjoy looking at this lovely piece of furniture for the rest of our lives.
