"Very pleased with all aspects of dealing with the grout doctor."

"They were on time, efficient, friendly, and professional. And I loved how my carpets looked. I am not sure that I would do the tile/grout cleaning again. Given the number of rooms and the need for pet treatment, it was too expensive to do very often, although I received a coupon for half off within 6 months, so it may allow me to continue to use this service."

"I was able to get the work scheduled quickly. The two workers were right on time. Good communication about what to expect. They did a great job sanding and painting exterior doors and trim. They had to move some items in the garage to get to the door, and put everything back just as it was. They cleaned up everything when finished. The workers were polite and respectful and kept me informed as they worked. Will definitely use Tri State again. Very happy with the quality work they performed."

"Professional, on time and cleaned up the mess"

"It was a great experience overall. We had a whole house deep clean after 8 weeks away. The cleaning was detailed, professional, and efficient. I would definitely hire again"

"They did an excellent job and the other schools are upset that they did not do their floors. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely hire them again."

"The technician arrived on time and was courteous. He explained the cleaning process. He did a thorough job. He said the carpet would dry in 2 hours and it took closer to 12 hours. I was concerned that the carpet was too wet. It also felt tacky but once I vacuumed it, it looked great and felt normal.

"Cleaned Floors, Grout Still Dirty"

"Jeff inspected house for mold.  Now get this, he found no live mold which tells me that this company is very honest because they are in the business of mold removal.  The inspection was detailed and very helpful.  "
