He was quick and efficient and got several jobs done right including following up to make sure that the water pressure was set correctly. I like the fact that he was flexible and able to fix multiple things across the board from furnace to plumbing. Have not found a job yet that Arcadia won't take with friendly responsive service. There was an initial service fee of $75 that I thought was going to go away as long as we used their service. I guess I was wrong about that expectation. Other than that they rate a 5 overall!"

So they came along behind our previous company who had just ASSURED us tHAT BOTH OUR UNITS NEEDED REPLACED AFTER 10 YEARS. Same units we were told would last 15 years when we bought them.
