I now have a third company putting in foundation piers. This third company has shown me voids where Crossroads failed to poly lift the foundation. Thus, they did not fulfill the work contract. I am considering legal action against Crossroads."

Initially, this seemed to be a good partnership but, right away we noticed that the contractors for Indy Aces were less than reliable and unprofessional. Throughout the process there was miscommunication, no accountability and sheer lack of craftsmanship for the work needed to be done. Indy aces were supposed to paint the walls in the bathroom, it looked like kindergartners painted it. We raised the concern to the owner who pretty much said that he can?t get them to work, ended up firing one of the contractors named Andrew. The caulking around the cabinets and sinks were horribly done as if an untrained person did the work. Throughout the process we were reminded that they are not making much money on the project because the homesite is in Anderson, In. This was not very professional. Each and every step of the way there were issues with workers showing up."

"First I would like to say that everyone I dealt with at ICSR was great! From Erika who made the appointments to Jeremiah who did the inspection, to Terry and his crew. They were all friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah explained in detail what needed done in my crawlspace. There was a lot of damage due to termites in the past. I knew this was what needed done as I had another Company look at it as well. They backed out because they thought the crawlspace was to narrow to get the work done. I agreed to Jeremiah's plan and about two weeks later Larry and his crew came out to do the work. I will say it again, Larry and his crew were great. They worked so hard and in horrible heat and humidity. They were always friendly and smiled when I saw them. Larry always let me know what they got done that day, and what the plan was for the next. They cleaned up the work area, and took away any and all debris. I have full faith in ICSR and Larry and his crew that the repairs were done right. I am so glad the plan with the other company fell through, as I think I ended up with the best!"

"Did a great job! I had talked to other concrete businesses, and one could come out to give me an estimate in 2 weeks, and the other in 6 weeks! AAA had me send some photos (I live about an hour away) and said they could do the job the following week. The job was all completed exactly one week after I first called! Front stoop is now all on one level and looks much, much better. One side of the driveway required several mudjacking attempts, but they finally got it raised. Now the driveway is high enough that one can step easily from the driveway to the stoop, and I won't need to add a stair step somewhere, as I originally thought, which will save me some time and money. They put caulking between the sections of the stoop afterwards, and repaired some footing that fractured in the process, and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. David is very good about talking with the customer about options, suggestions, etc. Prices are reasonable, and much more affordable than other options. Would highly recommend AAA Mudjackers."
