I read their YP and Angie's List reviews and was impressed with what I saw so I contacted them. Dustin called me back within an hour and by that afternoon was at my door to take a look, answer my questions and provide me with a solution. I compared them to other larger installers and decided I wanted to give them my business. The installation went very smoothly, they were on-time and met every promise. There was a hiccup in the furnace the first night but Roy came right back out and within 15 minutes, problem solved. No issues since and it has been running great. I would highly recommend these folks for anyone looking to maintain or replace their HVAC system."

"Contacted Dan Dugan for an estimate on a new installation. Old unit had been running with bandaids for a couple years and was beyond its life expectancy.
While I was sticker shocked at the price, I found out these heat pump systems are much more complex than a standard gas furnace. I also price compared and found this price to be within the customary range with installation.
 Dugan (Bryant) offers a hard to beat 60 mo. Zero % interest financing through wells fargo Bank. Why use my own money?
Installation went down without a hitch. While this was my sons home, I sort of managed the project as he works a lot of hours. He basically let the installers in and do their thing while he went to work, so no inconvenience on either of our parts.
Installers were in and out same day, left no mess and everything runs great!

"Tom Sipes came to our house to assess our heating and air conditioning needs.  He recommended the units that would efficiently heat and cool our home and provided a full cost to purchase and install both.  A week later two installers arrived to install both units.  They spent a full day installing and making fully operational.  They worked very unobtrusively and cleaned up their work area when finished.  The only disappointment was the vent coming out of the roof was noticeably crooked and we had to ask them to straighten it.  I would have been more impressed with their attention to detail and customer satisfaction if they had noticed it and fixed it on their own.  However, once we asked to have it adjusted they completed the task without any hesitation.  Overall, I was very pleased with the installers work, as well as the recommendations made by Tom when he suggested the units needed."

"Our heat pump needed to be replaced and our furnace wasn't as efficient as it could have been so we decided to replace it all. After a consultation Bassett recommended a system for our house that included a furnace and standard air conditioner. We also had zones in our house but because we have an open stairway (in a not that big house) they also recommended doing away with the zones. We went with the recommendation and that first winter (last year) our house was so cold in the winter months. We were told that by letting the fan circulate all the time it would eliminate cold spots. What we didn't realize is that they never inspected or evaluated our current ductwork. It is undulated and as a result the air that circulates is always cold. The upstairs is cold and without a quartz heater in our family room, it too would be cold. We called them back to check and we were told that it seemed to be working fine. Putting a thermometer in the register said that there was heat. Later, in this summer my husband talked to them again anticipating this winter. We were told we might want to go back to having zones. It would only cost us another $1,000 or so to make that change. 

As for installation, that was done very professionally and neatly. They were prompt and polite. I would say to do your own research before Bassett ever comes and be prepared to make a decision based on that rather than what they may recommend. If I could figure out how to put that old furnace back in, I sure would. It worked much better for winter heat than this one does."

He comes twice a year to do routine checks, keeps everything in working order and isn't one to try to get you to upgrade to new equipment if you don't need it. The few times I've had a malfunction, he came over promptly and made the repair. His prices are reasonable, including the annual service agreement. The best heating/cooling company I've ever used."
