"I contacted Home Advisor to have my clothes dryer repaired. Overall, I found the technician to be friendly, knowledgeable, timely and efficient. He arrived well within the scheduled repair window and was done in less than 30-40 minutes. In addition to replacing the dryer door sensor, he took the time to clean out the excess lint, shorten the vent hose and re-balance the dryer as well as answer questions I had on my other appliances. She got right to work and diagnosed the issue as a heating element within 20, maybe 25 minutes. Amanda went out to get the part needed and she was back the same day to install it. She tested it out to make sure it was working as it should, she also gave it a good once over to make sure everything else was in good shape before she left. I was very satisfied with the level of service provided, from scheduling to diagnosis and repair. She made what could be a stressful situation, very easy and seemless."

"Initially, the service provider did a good job cleaning, prompt and thorough. After several months, started to see a deterioration of quality of service. It appears they either lost good help, or increased their business but the quality of their cleaning suffered. When I provided feedback, one of the owners apologized and ensured that a better job would be done in the future. A week after that, the second owner called and decided they weren't being paid enough to clean the house, and wanted to increase the price by over 25%! (from $115 to $140!). So, if I understand this logic, you don't do a good job so you raise your price? They indicated that they paid their staff by the hour, and it took much longer to clean my house that anticipated. So it took them months to figure this out, and only after I called to complain about the quality? Let's see, if I got paid by the hour to clean, I guess it would take me longer to do it too, so I can get paid more. Very disappointed in this company, I think they need a course in Business 101.
