Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in Indio, CA

"Very well done project. David was articulate in explaining what he thought he needed to do. He (they?) removed the tile/grouting from the surface and all the thin-set underneath. I had a lot of rotten plywood that needed to be replaced. He removed all plywood, let the wood joists dry out (1 day) and installed new 5/8" plywood. He applied several coatings to that surface. There was a metal lath, a layer of deckcrete, then acrylic patching over any imperfections. Then a fiberglass mat saturated with laminating resins. Then a knock-down texture coating and lastly a resin sealer finish coat. We chose the color, and it was done in 3 or 4 days. The only problem I encountered was that he didn't have a stucco guy available to patch the several inches of stucco that had to be removed to replace the flashing. In all honestly, he told me that the flashing was probably good and didn't need to be replaced. So that is another job I am now finding a vendor to do. It would've been nice to have the entire job completed by David. He was even willing to work over the Memorial Day weekend to catch up on a day he lost due to rain. That was very diligent of him. (He didn't need to, after all.) If he had had a stucco guy, I'd have rated him 100%. Good work, fast work, nice guy, left the place clean. I would consider him again. Thank you, David."

"We moved to this new home in January and there was no landscaping. Just dirt. Now, thanks to everyone at System Pavers, we have a beautiful patio area. I first met with Brandon to discuss design & price. He quickly understood what I wanted & put the dream to reality. Once the work started, I communicated regularly with Cesar, the Job Foreman. I can not express enough how much I appreciated his attention to details & always talked with me if there were any questions or issues. And we resolved each & every issue quickly & in a satisfactory manner. Even after adding additional features for our patio throughout the project, everyone stayed on point and kept things moving. We're finishing up the little details now...and we're still being well taken care of...right through to completion!!"

"From the first phone call to the office to get an estimate, to when the estimator came out to bid the job, to when the Forman came out to confirm the work that needed to be done, to the first day the crew showed up to start the job the process was professional and smooth. I would not only recommend Foothill Painting, I would use them again! I was very happy with the attention to detail and the good job Foothill Painting did. The preparation, patching and paint job was done well and the stucco repair matched the existing stucco real well. The Forman took his time to help us and make sure we choose the right colors for the house. It is apparent these guys take pride in their job! (rare these days) As with any large job there will be things you notice a week or two later that need to be touched up. All it took was a phone call to the office and one of the original crew members came out to take care of every request. Not only was everything done to my expectations, it was done with a smile and great attitude! Foothill Painting-Highly Recommended!!!"

"I had OC Decks repair my existing deck which had numerous structural and esthetic issues. They were so professional throughout the process. Even when change orders came up, they explained everything thoroughly and left decisions to me throughout the project. The workers were neat, timely, experts, and hardworking. I felt like they made safety a priority and they did not rush anything. I am pleased with the final product and I would hire them again in the future."

"Weather was not helping at all. All went great-good work all was completed. Thanks for your help."

"Very trustworthy contractor and I'm so glad that my friend recommended them to remodel my bathroom. Nir and his team did an awesome job, finished quick, on time and within budget, with no extra costs or hidden costs. The quality is second to none, in other words, my new bathroom is perfect!"

"Outstanding! Very reasonably priced. HONEST. He returned $479 worth of wood and refunded it to me. If he hadn't of told me I would not have known that the wood was returned. Arrived on time. Four people working. Finished on time. Quality work. He came back a week after job was finished/paid for to see if there were any problems or concerns. Honest and reliable. Very Very Reasonably priced. All work had permit. He was less expense than contractors who wanted to replace my roof and stucco without a permit. All work top quality. Very meticulous. Did an amazing job! Highly recommend OM Construction and Tony."

"Erik came out and described the project and what they would take care of and also talked to me about roofing material and the quality of material they would use.  He came out again with roofing samples so I could pick the one that would match my HOA requirements.  His crew completed the work on schedule and did a wonderful job on the roof as well as a great job on cleanup.  I highly recommend Excalibur Roofing.

"We knew our roof needed to be replaced for a while, but kept putting it off because it felt like such a big project. After meeting with Ocean Seven Builders, we felt comfortable moving forward. Ron was straightforward from day one and didn?t overcomplicate anything. He broke everything down in simple terms and gave us a realistic timeline. The crew worked fast, showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up every day. It?s been a few weeks now and everything looks great. Happy we finally got it done!"

"Very professional and on time, I picked the wrong week because two days were very windy and they had to wait. They came and resealed my seams around the house replaced some boards that rotted out but always checked we me due to added cost. Very nice workers job turned out great."
