I even got a stainless steel chase installed for the price most were charging for galvanized metal one's. I went with the stainless due to the fact it will last forever. C&A clean up nicely. "I called Smalling Masonry on Monday, looking to get my chimney swept and inspected for the year. The office staff was polite and friendly, and was able to set me up for that Thursday. They came out to the house on time and did a fantastic job. They laid down blankets because it was raining, as to not track in any dirt, and went right to work. "They were able to schedule a technician (Hunter) for same day. He checked out the gas fireplace and vent outside. He was able to clean the igniter and some other parts and made our fireplace turn on much quicker than it has in years past. He also mentioned that it should not shut off anymore due to his cleaning. Not a lot of time has passed since he left the house, but it seems like it's all good! We also opted to have the full service/cleaning which was $199 and he only charged $99 because we don't have a full chimney pipe. So that was pleasantly surprising."

"The quality of the work was well done.  Greg and Adam are very responsive.  Adam does excellent work, and very fast once he had all the cabinets, etc.  The thing folks need to know is that it takes a very long time to get cabinets custom ordered and to get granite selected and cut.  Make sure you build this in.  Overall I think this project took too long to complete (over two months), but the overall final product was really great.

"Art called the morning of the appointment to let me know he was on his way and he arrived promptly. He began to work immediately. Art asked what area I had heard scratching and made certain he treated near that spot. Both my attic and crawl space were treated. When Art had completed the treatment, I asked about the chipmunks and showed him the trap I had bought, but the chipmunk was able to escape. Art had some traps with him to show me the size needed for chipmunks. I did buy a used trap from Art, to see if I could remove a chipmunk or 2 before spring. This company was very courteous and answered all my questions during my original phone call. Art was prompt, began working immediately, answered all my questions on site and sold me the correct trap needed to assist me in ridding my yard of chipmunks. I am very happy with the service I received."
