"Sunday evening requested quotes from 4 companies on Angie's List. Local Home Appliance was the first to answer that same day. Said he could come out the next day Monday but I had an appointment to go to so scheduled for Tuesday morning. Said he would be at my house between 9-12, he arrived at 9:15. Luckily it was a minor repair, rod jumped out of its mount. He was able to easily fix. Very friendly serviceman, answered all of my questions. "Mike was very credible.  He's been repairing appliances for over 30 years and apparently is experienced with a wide range of brands.  While he waited for the freezer to run for a few minutes, I mentioned that we had a mysterious sound in our dryer.  He took the lid off and found that a couple of coins had fallen through and one was sitting on a surface that caused it to buzz when the dryer was operating.  Problem solved.   He only charged a single service fee for addressing both problems.  We plan to call him whenever we have an appliance problem in the future. <br />"
