I repaired my old dryer and cleaned the wall vent myself, but still was not obtaining the results still took- 4 hrs to dry towels. So, I ordered a new dryer which was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I thought I would get the roof vent cleaned to start fresh with the new dryer. He also replaced our plumbing in our remodeled bath and kitchen. He has serviced our AC units which is very old and need to be replaced but he has kept them going for us for quite some time until we are ready to replace. "They were able to send out a tech to repair our AC pretty quickly (within a few days), even though this was during a bout of unusually high temperatures. The tech arrived towards the end of the given arrival window; even though he was still within the window, they called me that day to let me know he would be later rather than earlier, which was nice. The tech diagnosed the issue, and discussed options with me and fixed it (low line refrigerant, possible leak). All that was great, and prices seemed reasonable. The only negative part of the experience is that there was an extra charge to de-ice the frozen interior coils. I could have done that in advance if I knew I was supposed to (the tech seemed surprised I hadn't, or that I wasn't told to). Maybe that's obvious to others, but it's not that big of a deal, just an an annoying extra cost."
