We had a sunroom and bath added to our h ome and we just love them. The crew of guys were always very polite and just a great group of young men doing the best job we could of imagined. Ruben was always on top of the job, making sure things were done right. He came every day to check on his crew and asked if we had any concerns. "esInitially it started out well but as is typical in this industry, things start to fall off.  He is able to do most phases of construction but prefers trimwork.  The scope of work that we had didn't fit where he wanted to be.  If it was a single job that he was being hired for, I think he would be good.  He did good work but we do a lot of custom stuff and that throws our subs off sometimes.  Super nice guy and I felt that he was trustworthy. <br />"

"Scott has an exceptional talent of taking a vague description of what I want and turning it into reality.  He is very busy, so it took a few weeks to get started, but as soon as I gave him the go-ahead he added me to his schedule.  He and his crew were at my house by 8:30 every morning, and did not stop until the job was completed. He took care of the design, materials list, ordering, installing, and coordinating with other contractors.  We added two very large deck/patio's plus he rehabbed my existing front porch to match the new additions.  He designed gates for all of the entrances to keep my dogs off the deck, and even made a door underneath my decks so that the space underneath can be used for storage.  The workmanship is great, and the price was reasonable for the time spent and the end product.  He also acted as general contractor in finding me a quality crew to replace my roof with metal, and has kept me informed of their schedule and when to expect that work to happen. <br />"

All scrap material was taken away each day and site was left cleaner than when he arrived.  This house was a Victorian built in 1929 and he built the porch as if it looked when built and we could not be more pleased.  Work was outstanding and we recommend him to everyone who ask who did the work. <br />"
