"I called because I backed into my slider garage screen door It was very bent and I thought I would need repair or replacement. Dean was in my area and came right over. He was able to bend the aluminum to a very usable condition. He lubricated the tracks and was not going to charge me anything for his repair efforts. I did have him evaluate my garage door since maintenance had not been done in over 7 years. He recommended replacing the wheels which were not fully functional and adjusting the springs, and all lubricated. I went ahead with his recommendation while he was there. "We hired A1 for problems with the garage closing completely. I knew there might be some age related problems with a 16 yr old garage. The tech saw that the coil was broken which is a major safety problem. Replaced it along with some other suggested parts. It cost me more than I wanted but I rather that than some getting seriously hurt. We were satisfied and will hire them to finish updating the rest of the unit."
