The technician Rudy identified the problem and fixed the entire system - new set of match springs (old ones were not even rated the same side to side), settings closure setting were off for travel switches, and screen door adjustments were necessary. Rudy was extremely professional and explained the problem so I understood it completely. He extensively tested the system after repairs.
