"Melendez construction was an excellent choice for us. We have used them on two projects, both done in an excellent manner. One project involved replacing flooring in bathroom. The second a partial remodel of bathroom, involving drywall, plumbing, painting, and electric. G talked over options with us, discussed what would normally be done, discussed any updates as the work proceeded. Was very flexible, patient and pleasant. Excellent integrity and value. Will use again."

"I have completely reuse them several times never ever have a problem on discussing a job or how it should get done and never having a problem of them doing a good job. They are very honest business and I just got the using them again for like the 12th time I will always forevermore continue business with them."

"Tom and Jonathon were amazing to work with. Worked quickly, cleaned up after, left zero mess and the price was right. I would hire them for all my drywall work."

"They did an excellent job of painting the exterior of my 2 story house. The work was done thoroughly including the caulking and fixing minor cracks. What matters most was the effective communication between myself and them while the work was in progress. As a result, the job was completed to my satisfaction."

"How lucky l am to choose Marcello to build my shed! He was very conscientious and called the manufacturer for a question about the anchors. He stopped by Lowe’s to buy the right ones that he needed. He worked very hard with a partner for 5 hours. He went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Top quality guys and I definitely will be hiring them again."
