"Excellent experience, they were quick to respond, schedule and answered all questions. Very punctual and polite. Did a great job identifying and fixing the issues quickly. "Harts corrected the location of the crawlspace sump pump discharge line to the location in the foundation which I originally wanted it to be located. However, we did not hear the sump pump operate under the floor when first installed. When the Harts crew changed the location of the pump discharge line, we can now hear the pump very distinctly when it operates, under the floor. I am requesting that Harts come back and listen to see if it is normal for the sump pump to make this much noise."

"We had Evergreen Home Heating and Energy install a new water heater and furnace, and unfortunately, the quality of their work has been disappointing. Recently, I noticed several issues with the intake and exhaust pipes. Several hanger straps attached to the wall are broken, and one of the joints on the water heater exhaust pipe is leaking water. I suspect this leak is caused by the imbalance due to the broken hanger straps. I expected a professional and reliable installation from Evergreen Home Heating and Energy, but these problems indicate a lack of attention to detail and quality. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Evergreen Home Heating and Energy. If you’re considering them for your home needs, be cautious and perhaps look elsewhere."
