About Me My name is Don Jeffrey, some of my friends refer to me as Carpenter Don. I own and operate Don Jeffrey Construction here in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We offer all services for property management, maintenance, repair and remodeling of homes and mobile homes.. Mullen's is a family owned business. We have been serving Linn County and the surrounding area for over 15 years. We offer free estimates on any home maintenance, repair and remodeling. Once the estimate is approved, we will then sign a contract and ask for half the estimate down, and remaining balance when work is completed, and the home owner approves the work completed.
