"Craftsmen Construction renovated our home to be ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible, by widening the front door and installing a new double french door in the back of our home, with a new deck and wooden ramp. They added a swooping concrete ramp for the front porch. We love the new Bathroom with custom made vanity and curbless tile shower that they installed. They helped us pick out tile and color scheme, Jim is very knowledgeable about all facets of the project, a true professional. "We had our master bathroom remodeled. This is our first big remodel on our home. The first obstacle was dealing with some asbestos abatement. Kevin worked with us and our abatement team to make sure that demolition worked in coordination with his remodel. After that unexpected hiccup, Kevin and Anne led us through the remodel process. Our remodel entailed several walls being removed and the master closet being reconfigured to allow for a large walk-in shower and free standing tub. We are also expecting and prayed that our remodel would finish before baby's arrival in April 2022. Kevin and Anne worked so hard to get this done, working with our busy schedules and doing the work well. The entire space is an absolute dream. As my husband said our first weekend in our new master bath, it was the absolute best decision we ever made. Nothing about this renovation process was overwhelming or stressful, which is saying a lot for two very type-A people. "Life Savers!! We live in an older house with a very small bathroom. We had a home inspection recently and were altered to some major subfloor, sill and joist damage. We knew it was in rough shape but the inspector used terms like “100% moisture and “previous repairs poorly completed”. I called a few other contractors and remodel companies that started to throw around some huge numbers and timelines to make the repairs. The consensus from them was the tub would have to be removed before they could do any subfloor repairs. In a house with one shower that wasn’t really an option for us. I saw the reviews for the Crawlspace Medic and decided to give them a call. It was the best decision I could have made. Sharon, Paul and Stanley were great; they made the process very easy and efficient from the initial phone call to the installation. Paul came out to do the initial visit (11/14) and assured me he had seen much worse and his company had developed methods to do all the necessary repairs from underneath the house leaving the current bathroom intact. The quote arrived the same day and was extremely reasonable. They got us on the schedule right away (11/20) and on the day of the repairs Nick and his crew arrived on time and were very professional. The job was scheduled for two days but they completed it in one and did a great job. We no longer have to worry about falling through the floor. They also provide a follow up inspection in 90 days and informed us of a couple other minor leaks that were noticed while completing the repairs. Crawlspace medic is a great company and I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing their services."
