"It was amazingly smooth and very professional! The whole project took under three weeks time. They scraped down the old plaster, fixed all cracks, added the new fiberglass surface, removed all the old coping and tile, and added a beautiful new tile finish and new modern faced coping around the pool’s perimeter. I was extremely happy with the outcome. I go outside and just stare at my pool now thinking how beautiful it is! Such a huge transformation from the stained, cracked green pool we used to have. She is a super friendly person and also very responsive. Then when construction begins you will meet the foreman and owner of the business Angel. Smart and friendly and also responsive and flexible. You know immediately he cares about the work and the project. Lastly you will meet the talent, their team of high quality workers who are all trustworthy, skilled and friendly. They keep things as clean as possible and show a true commitment to quality. They also referred me to a pool maintenance vendor who after 4 other horrible poolmen has also exceeded my expectations. Angels Pools is an amazing pool contractor and partner and I highly recommend them!"

"I contacted them for a quote and they called me within 10 minutes. Explained what they would do and the cost. (I also had two other quotes, 1 company was a little more expensive, the other quoted long distance rate). We set the date and they explained the cancellation policy. They called the day before the move to re-confirm the time and asked if I had any questions. The next morning two young men, Jason and Serge, arrived on time. They were prompt, professional, hard workers and had a great sense of humor. We walked through the house so they would understand what was being moved. And then they started. They worked fast but were very careful in wrapping and organizing everything. Once loaded, we headed to the new place. Several items needed to be moved out to go to another location which they did very quickly. Then everything was unloaded, we headed to a second location to drop off items and pick one up to return to the condo. Everything was moved without a dent, nick, chip or any breakage. They arranged furniture for me and put together things they had taken apart. They did the complete job in just 5 hours. I would absolutely hire this company again. I was very pleased with them."

"They had to do a lot of things.  Most of the people I worked with were great.  It took three months to finish the work.  They were all ready to go ahead and do the work.  They were responsive and tried to figure out what to do.  It was not entirely a perfect process.  Most of the part it was not their fault.  There was some frustration at times.  The pool, however, looks great.  The person I contacted in the company was super responsive.  She was great.  They were definitely responsive.  They did what they needed to do.  When we filled the pool it did not fill up since the pool was leaking.  They had to completely redo it.  It turned out that the electrostatic value was left open.  I had to keep filling the pool until they figured out the problem and got an extra $300 water bill."

After reading a not so good  review I had some apprehension in letting Steve  bid on my project. In retrospect I would have missed out greatly. From the inception he was not only personable and knowledgeable but was also candid in exploring cost effective options on the remodel of my pool. I had gotten half a dozen estimates and fallen in the trap of "what kind of budget are we looking at?". He came in 5K under the lowest bid worked timely and never played me. He left me with a beautiful pool my kids could not wait to enjoy. As projects of the caliber evolved one is always leery of the unforeseen additional cost for ???  that did not happen here he was true to our agreement. In fact he included upgrades at no additional cost. A welcomed relief when dealing with contractors. I recommend him without reservation.
