I came to Angi to find other professionals for a second opinion and after speaking with Jorge had him come give me a free estimate. Before he did anything, he put out blankets and buckets to protect my property. He then opened the drain, used a camera to view the entire length of the drain, and concluded we only needed to shave out roots that were blocking the flow down the drain. Two others confirmed the same. Jorge quoted us a reasonable price. We booked him the next day. Jorge showed up on time, did the same protective prep work, and completed the agreed upon shaving of the roots. Afterwards he took more video to show us the now cleared drain. 5 star"

"The plumber who was sent out was on-time and efficient in diagnosing and repairing two minor issues. Cost was reasonable for the work done. However, the main office seemed to disregard what I had described to them over the phone and the photos I sent -- the plumber was expecting a leaking sink, when the issue was a leaking toilet valve and a sink missing a tail piece. The main office does get bonus points for contacting my management company (condo!) to coordinate a shutdown of water to my apartment line to facilitate the repairs, even though this proved unnecessary. Overall would recommend and would use again without hesitation."
