"Two professional installers. Done in one day.  If only one person had been there for the install it would have been a 2.5 day job. With two people the job was completed in one day. I bought their recommended Amana furnace/AC. They were personable and interacted well when I had questions. If one person had been there it would have been a 2.5 day job. The unit worked the first time they turned it on and is a significant improvement. At the end of the job they thoroughly cleaned the area. And no up front money which indicated a well run business.
I had been told about other people who installed furnaces but I am confident that they were horror stories waiting to happen. This job required experienced workers. I may have paid more, but I may have ended up with a low quality (cheaper) unit as well as delays while the installer dealt with personal issues or disappeared.
This is the third time I have used Giant and each instance was totally satisfactory.

"There was a problem with the coil on the both units. I was covered on the warranty but I had to pay $1000 each to replace them. Their customer service was good but I am not recommending them now."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Excellent!! Bill explained the problem and gave me a price to repair. He ordered the part and came back in 2 days to fix as promised. I have used Blue Flame for the past 2 years for maintenance check up for furnace and air conditioning and have been pleased with the personal service that is provided. It’s a small business so the same person shows up for each appointment. The last company I used was larger and I had a different technician every time and didn’t feel like they knew me or my equipment. I have referred Blue Flame to family and friends"

"We contacted them first because they had a really good rating. My husband sent an email to them at night and they called me first thing in the morning the next day. They could not come out to our area but they did spend a lot of time on the phone talking me through some suggestions. So, they did provide service. They were very down to earth and they did not talk down to me like some commercial companies tried to do. They provided a lot of free and good advices even though they could not provide the service for me. We would call them again in the future to have them actually come out if they could."
