The quote was so much less than the other two quotes I had obtained that I hired him to do the job on the spot. He did the job professionally and in a very short time. He was also very personable and very friendly. I will call Servant Plumbing and ask that AJ come and do the same job at a condo I own in Mt. Pleasant."

Mike went to bat for us, too, when somehow I ordered a faucet without a drain/stopper and the distributor wanted to charge full price. Mike was available by text, phone, or email and gave updates of his progress. I had to do some minor touch ups (eg, caulking, silicone), but this was part of a complete renovation. So the painting, lighting, and bathroom accessories were my responsibility. Mike's a nice guy, too, and will be respectful of your property and pets. I would hire him again, but I don't have any more bathrooms to fix up. I only wish he did kitchen renovations!"

"Trades person came to the house, gave a quote, I declined the amount: (install 3 toilets) when he was leaving, he asked if i have something saying its $49 when they come out. If that was mentioned, I wouldn't have responded. The next day, I was texted an invoice for$49, which I will not be paying. They KNOW if they mention $49, people won't use them. They should be reprimanded, i find it scammish."
