"Professional and courteous. They're not going to do you any favors but their service is solid. They fixed a leak on my Mitsubishi Mr. Slim ductless mini-split (a heater/ac wall unit). First, one of their techs came out to diagnose. He checked some stuff, found that there was no refrigerant and scheduled an LSR tech (leak, search and repair). Diagnosis: $215 The LSR tech came out, checked the system and found that there was a loose valve. He tightened it and checked the system and we were good to go. He evacuated the system and charged it with refrigerant. He also did maintenance on the outside unit. It looked pretty clean after he was done. Nitrogen Leak Check System (bubble test for leaks): $651 Repair Each Leak and test: $193 per fix Evacuate System: $432 Charge System with Refrigerant: $491 Subtotal: $1982 Yup, two thousand dollars. This is Seattle for you and not sunny Los Angeles. They probably could have taken off the fix charge but I get it. Either way, they fixed my system and I'm happy. I would recommend Greenwood based on their solid service and professionalism. If you're getting an AC unit fixed get quotes! I submitted requests for quotes after the diagnosis and out of the 5 or 6 companies that I contacted nobody would give me a quote and they wanted to send out their own tech to diagnose. But I already had a diagnosis. So I just went with Greenwood. I hope this helps someone out there. My AC is ice cold and I'm happy. Maybe it'll spit out popsicles!"

"Arrived on time; were polite and respectful; and listened to my information. Had a problem with a PVC pipe breaking, but arranged for another worker with the needed parts to come fix it. AC is working now."

"Nate, Jason and the electricians that worked with them were fantastic! I couldn’t be happier with their service. They installed a new heat pump and central A/C for me, and were punctual, professional and efficient. They explained the work they were doing so that I understood what was going on, and even identified some potential issues that I hadn’t noticed. I’m glad I went with Hunt’s, and they’ll definitely be my first choice for HVAC moving forward."

"The tech arrived ahead of schedule and completed the work in a timely manner. He offered options for the repair and provided updates as the work was being completed. He brought materials to keep the area dry and cleaned up after the work was completed. Regular updates from Seatown regarding timing of the service call."

"Diagnostician/Estimator and Plumbing team were just excellent. Sewer work and team very good, but also very pricey. Repairs on system were well done - crawlspace access area was damaged to extract the old sewage tank. Damage is still being repaired by homeowner. Harts rebated some cost to cover access damage. All Harts team members were fully vaccinated, wore masks, and were great to work with. Harts completed work within 1 day within quoted costs. New sewer pump alarm system system malfunctioned right after the install was finished - Harts sent a repair tech out to fix it on next day - excellent service - fixed the twisted tank float problem - no charge. Building inspector noticed new sump pump was tilted and alarm wiring was not properly affixed to the house - minor issues, I would hire Harts again but negotiate hours and pricing ."

"Northwest Expert Heating, LLC was a great company to work with. We had a furnace that failed, and out of all the people in the area we called they were the only ones who were available within 24 hours to come out. They determined we needed a new furnace and within just a couple days they had a new one installed. A few days after the install they came out again to make some fine tuning adjustments to the new equipment to make sure that things were just right. The folks at Northwest Expert Heating, LLC are very pleasant, easy to talk to, informative, with excellent in home customer service. I would highly recommend them for all your home heating and cooling needs."

"We were very pleased with the quick response, detailed information, professional and courteous staff at all levels. Our old furnace died in November on a Friday. Other businesses couldn't get anyone out to repair and replace it for 2-3 weeks. Ranger had it replaced on Monday for us. This week our electronic air filter quit working. Again we had a quick response with a simple fix at no charge. All of our questions were answered fully and information given about the latest models but with no pressure to buy. We will absolutely use Ranger again and refer our friends and family to them."
