"Doug, Tony and team did an excellent job renovating two bathrooms in our 110 year old house. Renovating is not quite descriptive enough; both rooms were fully gutted, re-leveled, new framing, and high quality finishes on top. The quality of work of each component was very high; from drywall finishing, heated floors, and quartz highlights - each portion had a high attention to detail. Appreciated the recommendations throughout the project; a willingness to dig into a challenging project (110 year old houses have their quirks) and focus on maintaining some key dates in the schedule. Hope to get them back for a Kitchen re-do in the future."

"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"Amado and his team of very capable and highly skilled folks did an awesome job transforming my backyard into a living area that we look forward to each day. We did an interior and exterior remodel of our home and our experience was quite a contrast. While we had terrible experience with our interior contractor (PM me if you need more about it) and i was quite skeptical about engaging any other contractors, Amado came across as pleasant - always transparent with the recommendations on design and the pricing and more importantly a stickler to the commitment on the quality of the workmanship and the deadlines. Team is also prompt in addressing minor cracks and settling on concrete to fix them during the warranty period in a timely manner. I would highly vouch for him and his crew."

They have great relationships with all of their subcontractors and everyone worked as a team. We redid the entire house, removing walls to create an open modern space and we added a second story on our garage. "I have a split-level house, and my deck is on the 2nd story. I didn't want to deal with building one myself, so I decided to hire a contractor. I found PlanTrak on HomeAdvisor, and am glad I did. I hired them to build me a fairly simple 12' x 16' deck, and they did not disappoint. Dave came out in February to give me an estimate of what the job would cost. I had several contractors provide estimates, and PlanTrak's was in the middle. I chose PlanTrak because Dave was very knowledgeable and personable. He answered all my questions competently and ensured me my requests would be completed. We scheduled to start construction at the beginning of May. These guys are busy, and they didn't actually start until May 13. It wasn't a problem for me, honestly. I wasn't bound by any time constraints, and delays are not uncommon when it comes to hiring contractors, especially when you book so far out. Justin and Roman(?) actually performed the work, and it only took them 5 days to demo and haul away my old deck and build and finish the new deck, including a Saturday. They were very polite, and performed their work competently, and the finish is excellent. The materials they chose were top notch - my cedar decking is premium quality, and beautiful. After the work was complete, Dave came out and did a walkthrough with me to make sure I was satisfied. I only pointed out a couple small things from the demo, and Dave quickly took care of them without issue. I was 100% satisfied when he left. As a homeowner, I'm really grateful for contractors with PlanTrak's integrity and professionalism. My family and I have been enjoying our new deck daily since it was built. This is definitely a decision I'm happy to have made. I'm seriously considering using PlanTrak to build me a permanent awning in the future."

Caleb was professional, courteous, and on time. He had good ideas about new landscape layouts. I would recommend Caleb again, but only with a firm committment of his time on-site to oversee and properly manage a project. Of the problems with the work, Caleb stressed he would make everything to my satisfaction; and I don't doubt his sincerity. However, there were too many mistakes and having his crew come out again and again became too tiresome."
