The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant. I emailed them twice, called them twice. I just finished 2 times with their online chat and was transfered to a voice line and both times their system hung up on me. I had already gone to Home Depot and they put an order in and so far I haven't been contacted."
