I also had to agree to loosing some warranties and guarantees of work holding up over time and/or fixing the initial leak issue unless I agreed to pay double the planned costs to complete the project.properly. Instead of immediately pushing costly repairs, he carefully inspected our basement and exterior, asked us a number of questions, and believed at least one of our problems stemmed more from a relative humidity issue than a drainage problem.
