"I have called on Mr. Handyman services now four (4) times. The technician I always request is Craig. I can't say enough good things about him. I feel safe around him and trust him. He shows up on time and can hang a ceiling fan in what seems like no time. He does a great job and knows what to do when he runs into problems that might not be expected. Craig has changed ((all the lights)) in this house, hung pictures, installed the base board. Craig is fast so if your not sure you have an hour worth of work you should wait till you do. Each time he came I thought I had a days worth of work and he has never been here more than four hours each time. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman. There are coupons you can find in various places that save you about 40 or 50 dollars. The mint magazine that comes in your mailbox, internet etc."

This involved replacing carpet with vinyl plank flooring, some framing/drywall work, painting, tiling, etc. As always Mark and his crew did a great job. Two technicians arrived at the assigned time and promptly began the installation of our downstairs kitchenette: base cabinets, counter top, sink (to existing rough-in), wall cabinets, and a ceiling fan bracket in our main kitchen. They were fully prepared, knowledgeable about the job at hand, polite and mindful of our personal space, and paid close attention to not only the installation but also the cleanup. "Jess came over the day I called him and went to work immediately to caulk the flashing and temporarily reattach the rain gutter until he could come back and replace some rotten fascia and attach the gutter. We had some very heavy rain forecast and his temporary fix prevented more damage. He managed to come back a few days later, after the rain, and completed the job. He also cleaned the gutters."

"The man in charge handed me a form to complete an Angie's List review right there on the spot.  I wasn't satisfied with their service but I felt pressured to give them a positive review since they were standing right there.  He said they ask all their customers to complete a review on site.  If I felt pressured to write a positive review, I imagine many other customers felt the same way. Junk Bee Gone's Angie's List score isn't an accurate reflection. <br> <br>The man in charge handed me a sheet explaining the rate they charge according to how much space is filled in the truck (stacking bottom to top). He took a look around and decided how much space he thought it would take to fill the truck. We agreed on $300, assuming he took everything I asked him to take.  I thought the price was high for what little items I had but I agreed since the truck was already there.  Instead of stacking items bottom to top, they threw everything haphazardly into the truck.  They told me they would donate all the items worth saving and recycle everything they could.  In the end, they broke all the donation worthy items.  I overheard the other man saying the truck load was going to the dump.  I called Junk Bee Gone because they claimed they donated and recycled items.   <br> <br>One of the men ended up getting stung twice so they stopped working.  They didn't pick up any of the scrap wood or debris under the deck.  I asked them to give me a price discount since they didn't finish the work.  They refused.  I feel I over paid by at least $100.  I would not recommend Junk Bee Gone to anyone.  It's better to rent to a U-Haul and fill it yourself.  Even with the U-haul rental and the dump fee, the cost would be significantly less than $300. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>"
