"After we were so pleased with Scott Pape's company we regretted that we hadn't known of him when we had our laminate flooring installed in the living room, dining room and hallway of our home. We had been told by the first contractor we could not install laminate on steps; I had been told otherwise. I called Pape's and he confirmed we could in fact. I ordered the laminate to match our existing floors; Scott Pape arrived as always on time. In one afternoon we had beautiful steps installed. When first viewing the project he had made a recommendation on stair nosing and had given us a couple of suggested merchants. His choices were perfect! When I had a small issue with one stairnose and quot;poppingand quot; he came out IMMEDIATELY, removed, reinstalled, and corrected the problem. In our opinion, that is far superior to someone that never has to address a problem; the fact he responds, listens, and corrects timely is indicative of his professionalism. I was so happy that while my husband was in the hospital for a scheduled procedure I had Pape's return and install laminate flooring in our master bedroom. He knew I was in a time constraint and again was prompt, removed all the furniture and carpeting, installed the flooring, rehung (and adjusted doors that had never worked properly for me) doors, and replaced my furniture. <br /> I cannot say enought about the satisfaction of working with this company. I only regret we have about exhausted our remodeling needs but am so pleased that I have recommened him to our church building committee."
