"The stormy spring weather caused a couple of delays in our start, and Art was good about communicating what was going on and when we would get going. Once the work commenced, the team worked quickly and completely. They rebuilt our small chimney and put a chimney cap on. We also had them tuck point our brick house and rebuild a decorative architectural detail on the front of the house. Art checked on the team’s work every day and addressed our concerns and questions right away. About a month after the main work was done and the mortar had finished curing, they came back to seal the brick. At that time, my husband showed Art a piece of stone that also needed replacing, and they did it right away, no additional fee. Art and his team were great to work with."

Reinforced the porch area with rebar so it would not sink in the future and poured the new porch.  They put up a gorgeous new brick that all the neighbors have commented on and then poured a new cement walkway to replace an old sinking brick walk.</p> <p>The Holton Bros. crew (headed by Darwin) was very professional and really did exquisite work.  The actual invoice came in right around the estimate Matt put together despite the fact we picked out a much more expensive brick than we were replacing.  Holton Bros. did not require any money down upfront.  They sent us an invoice after all work was completed.</p> <p>We would definitely recommend Holton Bros. to neighbors, friends and family.  They do great work at a very fair price and we trusted them throughout the entire process (which is priceless) to correct the shoddy work done by the original builder.</p> <p>Big thanks to Matt L., Darwin and all the other Holton Bros. crew members that pitched in to repair our home!<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"The roofers arrived as scheduled and on time.  They first took measures to insure that all of our landscaping (plants, flowers, statues) was protected from falling shingles.  They then proceeded to do the tear-off on both structures at the same time.  They had a a very large crew.  After the tear-off was completed, the new shingles were applied.  They also performed service on our chimney.  While the installers  were busy applying the shingles, the rest of the crew performed clean-up around the house and garage.  No damage was done  to any of our structures.  The whole process took less than three hours and was done as promised.  If I were to have the need for another roof replacement, I would definitely use Over the Top again.  If any of my friends or relatives were to ask  about Over the Top, I would highly recommend their service.  They performed as promised.  That is enough for me."
