"very well, would use their service again."

"All the high marks I gave were for the person who performed the service. His name is Jason. He is very diligent. As far as the company goes, I don't know how better or worse they are than others. I do know that many people will continue to contact you until a sale is made."

"Excellent. Technician arrived timely. Tech was extremely courteous, professional and gave detailed explanation of central air system operating status. We have had Four Seasons perform seasonal check up on our heating and air conditioning system, and repairs when required, for over ten years."

"Very straight forward conversation. Very pleasant service. Made me feel good about my decision to go with them."

"Excellent service. Easy to schedule. Arrived on time, repaired our washing machine efficiently and effectively. Will use again."

"Thank you to Edward and team from Orcasitas Comfort for the quick response, great customer service and repair service. You made resolving the original furnace leak and the new leak (the last HVAC guy created when he changed the filter on my humidifier) seem effortless. The explanation of what was wrong and what you were doing to address the issues gave me a sense of calm. Taking the time to get the needed parts to resolve the leaks AND purchasing new filters for the humidifier AND repairing the filter frame were cherries on top of an amazing customer service experience. Five stars all the way, I highly recommend. The day prior to contacting Orcasitas I made the mistake of using someone that I had not thoroughly vetted to address a leak coming from my furnace. I can't make this up: within 10 minutes of the HVAC guy leaving I heard the sounds of water dripping. What a waste of time and money!"

"I called Gorman Restoration and Remodeling after a positive recommendation from a friend. Lucky Gorman responded immediately , sending a painter to look at the job the next morning. The job included repairing a ceiling that had a prior leak. Lucky and team also got to the root of the problem, and are now repairing the outdoor window cupping to prevent further water damage. The painter, Mike Sr. has been helpful in making sure that the materials are economical and used prudently. I am very satisfied with the work, the timeline of response to my call, the service provided, and also the friendliness of Gorman Restoration and Remodeling."

"Rueben was able to schedule my service the next day! He and his assistant showed up right on time and were thorough and professional the whole time. Reuben offered maintenance tips and suggestions which is very helpful to me as a first time homeowner. The price was exactly as quoted and the work was completely promptly. I will be contacting Polar Vortex for my HVAC needs in the future."
