"Home A/C went out while I was out of town and my son was sweltering at home. Local guy I have used for years diagnosed it over the phone as needing an expensive repair. Contacted Home Advisor for second opinion. Ocasitas Comfort responded to email immediately and was onsite quicker than Jimmy Johns. Pointed out that problem was incorrectly diagnosed and took time to go over everything. Had my A/C up and running in no time for a fraction of what I thought I was going to spend. Very friendly. Could have stuck me up and I would not been none the wiser."
