"I showed the person that came out originally to give me an estimate the stains that I was concerned with and asked if they thought there would be any problem getting the stains out - the person told me that if I wasn't satisfied with the results, that I wouldn't have to pay for the cleaning process. I was very unhappy with the first person because he didn't even act like he knew how to get the stains out of the carpet - in a couple of days, the stains had come back and I called them again - they came out  but again the stains didn't come out and then a third time but they said that the stains would never come out and that I owed them the amount they had quoted me even though I wasn't happy with the results. . When they came out the third time, I was told that I had to pay because they had been out 3 times and that was all that they could do.
