Not only did he explain to me where the issue was coming from, but he showed me as well. Excellent customer service!!! I will definitely use David Gray Plumbing again!!!!"

"Hired for a job in Historic St Augustine. Was very upfront on the location of the house. Scheduled for 8:30 am. At 8:55 am the day of the job, the plumber called and was like "Oh, you're way down in St Augustine." Umm, yeah. He didn't show up until 9:45 am. Needed him to fix an outside water spigot and he did the job. Then needed to address poor water pressure in a bathroom sink. Assumed it was a clogged aerator. He could not remove the aerator but he did check the water pressure and it was good. The next day I watched a youtube video and removed the aerator myself. There was another fine mesh one behind it. Could not remove that so I ended up replacing the faucet myself. Now it works fine. Would I recommend? Eh, probably not. If St Augustine is too far to drive to make an 8:30 appointment, tell me up-front. And no, did not get any discount for making me wait. In fact he was there a little over an hour and I got charged for 1.25 hours. "

"Kelley?s Plumbing Contractor employees were great; they worked quickly, cleanly, and were extremely respectful in our home. They discussed the labor costs with us prior to working on our project but did not disclose an estimated final cost. When we received our invoice we were floored. The service took a total of one hour and our bill was $780. It is an absurd cost for a job that took one hour, including the time to the store to purchase parts. We do not recommend them for future services unless you ask for full disclosure on the anticipated final cost. Very disappointed with the cost."
