"I worked with Prime Time Custom Homes for a kitchen remodel and had an excellent experience. Everyone that worked on my home was professional, personable, experienced, communicative, and prompt. My home was built in the 70s, and I wanted to go with a modernized 70s-style vibe - we installed a butter yellow pantry wall, milk glass pendants (Amazon), a stained glass window feature (Etsy, Cali Glasshaus), and pops of walnut wood tones. They worked with me throughout the project to bring the concept to life. I used to refer to my kitchen as "my little cave", but now it is an an open, well-lit, functional and beautiful space! "Darian Campbell, and his son, Harley, produced exceptional work. My condo patio was such an eyesore with a crumbling cement pad and the surrounding area being only a weed-producing aggravation. I rarely would open my vertical blinds, much less actually use the patio. Darian and his son completely removed the damaged cement pad and excavated the surrounding area. Once a new (and slightly larger as I requested) pad was poured and leveled expertly, they placed a weed resisting mesh and covered that area with mulch. They actually went above and beyond by removing debris left by another individual who had repaired my fence and removed holly bushes months prior. Darian was courteous and professional as well as very reasonable. If I saw a ‘before’ and ‘after’ post online, my reaction would be, “wow!’ Needless to say, I will thoroughly enjoy the use of my new patio. I would highly recommend Confident Home Solutions. "I had to build a home in N.C. while I was still living and working inTexas, so most of the communication was by phone and e-mail; with a total of 4 short trips back during the early planning and the construction phases. Jordan was easy to work with and transformed my ideas into a home we all love. He and Jeff and Mike, and the subcontractors he chose, did an excellent job and were very thoughtful in even little touches. The trim work and built-ins are superb- well built and nicely finished. The lot was hard to envision as it was heavily wooded and rather rough terrain, but the final graded yard is great. I brought a basic floor plan and pictures of the elevations from a website and that was what Jordan worked with- the house is really neat, and is different from the usual style in the area. We have had many compliments on it. I would recommend Brad Leonard Builders to anyone planning to build a new custom home in this area- you will get experience and pride in workmanship- and meet a lot of nice folks during the process. The final cost of the house was right in line with the estimate; and the house was completed very close to the anticipated finish date in spite of a rainy spring. I am very glad I contacted Jordan instead of one of the bigger building companies- I went with the reviews on Angie's list after making the rounds of open houses for other builders; and I am so pleased with the outcome. <br />"

"Extremely well! This job started with speaking with Seth on a damaged gutter. He came out and inspected gutter damage then inspected my roof and noticed major wind damage that I was unaware of that resulted in a new roof. Seth worked with my insurance adjuster and really made the job happen. Freddy is a blessing to deal with then I later learned he is the owner. The crews are very friendly as I like to engage with people so I spoke with them. Oscar did an awesome job on the flashing work and even came and showed me pictures of his craftsmanship which was over the top. Even Victor the newest crew member is great to be around. He goes above and beyond and asked me several times on my spot checks if I was happy which I was. This house was built in 1956 and was built right and this job completes the house as done right. My house looks like a new one now. I'm very pleased. Freddy and Josh were even willing to work with me on payment arrangements which I was able to not need. I have ordered materials for a local contractor in my last job position and upon inspecting the materials for my job that was delivered they are the top of the line-even down to the NP-1 caulk I used to order by case loads in multiple colors.
