"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. "Ezra at Landmark construction energy crew is a perfect company in my book! I honestly recommend Ezra and his team of plumbers, because he his honesty and integrity, qualities that are sadly hard to find these days! Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated. I will definitely be using Landmark construction energy crew to service my new tankless water heater when it needs it!"

"Steven was the technician that initially came and inspected my unit. Turns out the previous owner had a dog that constantly urinated on the AC unit and the damage worsened over time. I was a bit skeptical at first but after research found that this is a very common occurrence. Steve was very detailed about my options and after a few estimates from other companies I went with his company NRG. I purchased a new Goodman AC unit and a new condenser for a bit under $4900. The installers were 3 different techs who were professional, tidy and thorough. Once the new unit was installed it was 80x's more quiet than my previous unit and the house cooled down beautifully. I definitely would recommend using this company."

" Mr. Joshua Brown is truly a professional handyman and an individual with strong character.  He skillfully and quickly hung all my paintings and mirrors the following day and had finished with the first coat of paint in the master bedroom when he decided to take a look at my brand new dryer that wasn't working.  I had a feeling that the person that had installed it for me had not done it properly.  Mr. Brown, tried several different scenarios that all led to the fact that the dryer was working properly--it was heating up the clothes but they were still wet.  Mr. Brown had the thought to go outside to the vent to feel the stream of air that the dryer should have been pushing out.  That's when Mr. Brown realized that no air was being pushed out by the dryer--he realized that there had to be something blocking the air flow to the outside which was why the clothes were heating up but the humidity had no where to go so the clothes stayed damp.  Mr Brown cleverly took a coat hanger and straightened it out and pushed it as far as he could down the tube that leads from the dryer to the wall, through the garage and to the outside--and pulled out a watermelon sized ball of NASTY lint, hair, dust, etc that had been stuck there for at least 10 years!  Like I said, I have just moved in to this place and was horrified by what he discovered and then relieved when he told me that if he had not detected this, not only would the dryer continue to not work but it was just a matter of time before I had a house fire.  The tightly packed pile of lint, dust, etc is HIGHLY FLAMMABLE and I believe that Mr. Joshua Brown saved my life that day. 
What I would like to say about Mr. Brown is that he doesn't give up when his first attempt at fixing something doesn't work.  He is tenacious and diligent and takes pride in his work.  His skills cross many disciplines from painting to appliances to construction.  One additional skill that he possesses which is hard to find, is that he is a visualizer.  I have several ideas for future projects and he was able to visualize my project and make recommendations and suggestions based on what I described.  I liked that I could kind of give him the overarching idea of what I wanted to do and he could tell me the exact steps to take to get me there.  I enjoyed his happy disposition and was very comfortable continuing on with my daily routines at the house while he was there.  I highly recommend Mr. Joshua Brown and will be using his services again myself very soon.

"It was so easy.  I booked the service, the provider came over a week later and performed it, the gutters and downspouts were clean, and I hardly noticed the provider was even there working, except when his ladder was in front of one of my windows.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"I'm not really sure if I was happy or not with Air Duct Solutions. I just felt like the house was dusty. I was thinking that if they cleaned it out, it'll be a little more cleaner. I still have that problem. So, I'm not sure if I have to do it many times for maybe like a month or two. After that, it was so dusty. The pricing was pretty high. I spent a whole lot. I haven't had my air conditioning looped and they were saying that they should clean it. They priced me pretty much a whole lot just cleaning that. It was the main thing. It had to be cleaned because it was dusty. It's still dirty. I just want more information from them at least to understand what was going on and what I would be expecting."
