"Arrived same day when he said he would. Checked septic tank, rooted out drains, went under house and saw the drain pipe had sagged at one spot so water was having to drain uphill. Rehung pipe and tested. Explained everything to my wife as they were doing it. Very friendly, professional and affordable. Pointed out a potential problem with the drain line where it exits the house but thought it was ok unless the house settled more. They even added more screws to the septic tank inspection lids. They were here for about two hours. Excellent, quick, honest, affordable service. "I discovered an underground water leak in my yard next to my foundation. I called PHC late in the afternoon. they showed up first thing the next morning, excavated the area around the leak and discovered a broken water line. The line happened to be broken directly under a concrete brick wall which joined to my house. In a short 3 1/2 hours PHC had the leak found, the broken pipe removed and replaced, and the yard filled back in and the area cleaned up for a very reasonable price. PHC has serviced my heating and air-conditioning for over 10 years and will continue to do so as well as take care of all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them to everyone.
