"We needed carpet and hardwood installed in our newly purchased house. We were under a tight deadline to try and get the flooring installed before we moved all our furniture in. Tom was able to fit the install in under that deadline. We got two other quotes first, and he beat both pretty handily and we are very happy with the results. He came in home with some samples initially and we also met him at his warehouse to take a look at the whole stock before making a decision.
