"This was my 2nd job for our "go to guys" for all of our tv and sound systems projects and once again Elite A/V LLC came though like champs! Erik and Mike arrived on time as agreed to our new home and made sure they didn't track in anything on our new carpets . They were very careful with moving our new furniture as well. They looked at the job we had, made some quick recommendations on how we wanted it to be done and immediately got to work. There was an issue with the tv placement in 1 room due to stud placement, but they were able to get it so close that you couldn't even see the difference. The fact that it was to them and that they informed me of such a minor change really impressed me! Afterwards, they made sure everything was working to my satisfaction even before taking their tools out or even asking for payment, which was exactly what I was quoted and I really appreciated the fact that they didn't like with most specials, once the workmen are in your home they try to upsell you to death. "When my Home Bose system was on the fritz, I went to Angie's List to find a qualified service provider.  I could not be more pleased that I found Kustom Install. I called the company on June 17 2015.  The next day Doug came to the house to trouble shoot the system.  We agreed the system should be replaced. Doug said he would research my options.  He had found two options:  Replace it with a (discounted)  similar reconditioned model of what I already had or purchase an updated/upgraded model with better sound and more options at full price. I decided to upgrade to the newer model. Doug ordered the new system and contacted me when it arrived at the warehouse. On June 29 2015, he came to the house to install the new system.  The service and professionalism of Doug is above and beyond. He kept in constant contact with me in regard to the progress of my order.  He arrived on time and left my house tidy when he departed.  As an unexpected bonus, Doug noticed the Roku box sitting by my TV.  I told him I never used it because I could not figure out how to hook it up. He jumped into action and had the  Roku set up in short amount of time!!  Much to my delight I now can access several streaming services!   I am very pleased with Doug and Kustom Install and highly recommend their services to others."

"My second appointment with Geek Choice in March went well. The phone call from the office to determine what I wanted to accomplish at the visit is a great idea. I would say that here is where Geek Choice can look for complications. For example, someone who's used a computer at work and at home may still be unaware of some basic ideas. For example, if a device is to be added, does it need to be charged, does the person have the correct cable or battery, etc. Young people know this; older people do not necessarily.
The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and offered additional tips. He arrived within the time frame specified.

"sales person arrived and explained how the wireless system I had purchased was "ok" but a hard wired system would be more reliable. He explained and walked the property and I agreed to his suggestions. The entire process was supposed to take 'about a week' and ended up taking 3 weeks. Approximately 12 holes were make to enable wiring and the company did not do the sheet rock repairs-I had to pay $500 for another person to come in and spend 2 days to take care of closing up. The job itself with equipment is excellent."

"Told me these type of light fixtures are a bit funky. That the fixture was installed correctly, but sometimes the connections in the fixture are problematic. He then said that the cause might be the wall switch. He said he would replace it for $75. While he was outside in his truck, I bent the fixture a little bit and it solved the problem. We told him we did not need a new wall switch and gave him $20 for coming to our house.
