"Anthony the owner and James his partner were fantastic. I actually contacted three providers from Angies List. Two local, which included Euflooria as well as a nationally known provided, Empire Carpet fo an in home estimate. I was not impressed with the other local provider so I chose not to visit the showroom. Empire Carpet and Euflooria had great customer service when I contacted them. However, Empire does not have a showroom. They advertise that they bring the showroom to you with "hundreds of samples ". However , while very nice and professional, first it was clear the consultant had trouble measuring the stairs and had ro call someone on the phone for advice. The stairs are custom with the base being very wide and curves as you go up. It was important to me that the measurements be absolutely accurate for the entire project because in reading the reviews for Empire, reoccurring comments were complaints that the measurements were incorrect which resulted in not enough carpet being ordered for the job and the company did not make good on it. The second problem with Empire is that they did not "bring the showroom". They literally brought only one sample and one brand. When I asked about other choices, thinking they were still in the vehicle I was told want they showed me was all they brought. Turns out the sample was a new brand they were marketing and trying out. They offered very limited grades and color selections. The estimate for cost for the highest grade was very expensive and looked like something nice but very basic. I passed. Meanwhile, I visited Euflooria showroom several times because there were so many brands, colors and grade of carpet to choose from. Anthony personally took the measurements. He explained how the measurements had to be taken for the stairs in order to get a custom fit when the carpet is laid. What also impressed me is.when I asked about what happens if the measurements are off, and not enough carpet is ordered. Anthony said the company would pay for the extra carpet needed and put this in the contract. I selected one the most well known top carpet brands and highest grade and padding and it was still less than the cost quoted by Empire. The guys at Euflooria who installed the carpet were employee's not subcontractors. They were so professional and detailed. As I watched how they prepared the stairs and installed the carpet, it was clear they were very experienced. My home is beautiful. Thank you Anthony, James and the rest of the team. The job was stressful to us, as we did not expect the severe damage that existed in the foundation, but they made us comfortable with the process and now we have a beautiful level hardwood floor. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"This was the third time we've used Robert Clark to install hard wood in various places within our home.  Each time the results have been great.  This third time we were under a time crunch and needed it completed in 5 days.  The work was scheduled to take "up to 10 days" depending on the quality of the floor after the removal of the ceramic tile (previously the wood replaced carpet).  Luckily, the floor was level and in great condition (although Toll Brothers, the builder, put down an aggressive amount of mud under the tiles all of which had to be taken out), so we anticipated that we could get the job completed in our timeframe!!!  We kept pushing the team of installers to please help us reach our timeline and they indicated it shouldn't be an issue -- but by the end of day 3 only a tiny section of the floor was down and it had us concerned.  They indicated that they didn't have a full crew all week long, and in truth, the guys that did come to our home daily showed up daily around 9:30-10am, and left around 3pm or a little later, so our concerns seemed to be legitimate.  On day five, they ended up staying until 9pm to finish the job and for that, we're grateful.  The floor looks great and the guys were very nice and professional.  They did a good job preparing for the job (although my husband prepped the room with removing all furniture and prepping with plastic for 90% of the areas) as well as cleaning up -- we have a full stone wall in this area where the floor went down and they used an air compressor to blow fine debris off the stone wall top to bottom as well as helped in cleaning the rest of the area during and after the installation.  We purchased the wood and materials separately each time but Robert Clark installed the wood all three times.  Each time, the price was as quoted and we believe, was very fair.  I would recommend this company for installation of hard wood in your home!"

"Contacted Bruce Marshall (owner) and informed him of leak and damage to linen closet and surrounding areas. He came over the same day to inspect and provide a work estimate. His crew arrived the next day to "dry out" all infected areas as well as remove all water damaged dry wall as well as attic insulation that had been ruined because of water. All work took about a week and was professionally done and looked as good as the original. We were pleased with the work. Would recommend !!"

"Rudolph arrived on time and was prepared to work the full day if needed to complete our projects. He has integrity! We had a laundry list of items to be repaired, and he let us know for several items on the list that we should hire another provider to complete the work. Some things he said he could do, but wouldn't do it as well as another professional. He even went so far as to provide us recommendations for who to call for a couple things (custom door weather stripping & ceiling fan repairs). We will be hiring him again later this year to repair and paint our fence/gates as well as install casters on a cabinet. The only reason I gave him a 'B' for quality was because one of our chair legs was repaired with a gap where there shouldn't be a gap, so the attention to detail on this repair faded. The quality of that work was not on par with everything else. He has promised to deliver puddy when in the area next since re-doing the repair may damage the chairs thanks to the wood glue. The wood glue overflow seemed excessive to my husband, but I believe that is normal and we were able to remove it once dry. The other 'B' for professionalism was regarding cleanup - which is one of my pet peeves with contractors. The keys to my back fence gate (which includes a house key) were left in the gate unattended during the day, and not returned at the end of the day. There were extra pieces of the chicken wire which we had to throw away. And the old chicken wire was thrown away in our recycling bin instead of trash bin."

"The owner of Granite & Marble Creations, Krassi (Krassimir Elenski) and his crew were outstanding in all aspects of the job. Krassi met my wife and I and helped us pick out the granite. He told my wife and I exactly when he would start the demolition, when he would be in certain areas of the house, when he would start bringing in the granite and when the job would be completed. Everything was exactly on time. In addition, Krassi the owner was there everyday overseeing the work and working right long with his crew. There wasn't a detail that was overlooked. Krassi and his crew went out of their way to keep the rest of the house from being covered in dust by covering doorways, etc. wherever the crew was working. Our granite floors were covered to keep from being damaged and through out the house, the floors were covered wherever the crew had to walk. The granite counters were installed perfectly throughout the house, expertly fitting after being fabricated in Krassi's shop. I don't believe you could meet a more professional or nicer person than Krassi. It was a real pleasure to have him at our house during the demolition and install. There wasn't a request or question by my wife or I that Krassi didn't take care of or answer with a smile. After the job was complete, I could not find fault with anything and Krassi went way out of his way to help us when we changed out several of our sinks saving us the cost of a plumber. 
My wife and I would highly recommend Krassi and his Granite & Marble Creations. We always felt like Krassi was very honest, knowlegeable and reasonable, and we selected he and his company after interviewing and getting seven other estimates. Although his estimate was not the lowest, he seemed more knowledgeable about certain aspects of the job than the other granite/marble counter top companies that we spoke with and where some of the other companies said that they could not do certain requests, Krassi did them without any problem. Krassi has our highest recommendation.

"Overall, we are very pleased with the results of our floor.  The tile crew was complete in one day and the wood installers took just a little over two days to install 2400 sq ft with glue. They removed the carpet and old tile and moved furniture around as required. We get compliments on the wood floor consistently and it is well deserved. We give the tile guys a C+ as not all of the tiles are level in the bathroom.  Wood installers get an A.
